Buying plants online, without surprises
It comes with a plant passport. Every plant that leaves here carries its label with the botanical name, our operator number, the batch and the country of origin. It is what the European Union has required since 2019, and what lets you resell or plant it without trouble.
It ships in its pot, with a damp root ball. It travels in a tall box, held at the base so it cannot tip over. If anything arrives broken we replace it: send us a photo the same day.
The size is the real one. When we say «24 cm pot · 1.2 m» that is what you get, measured from the base of the pot to the tip. No photos of ten-year-old specimens.
